2026-08-08	Tr*****	always says offline. I'll sit there and hit refresh over n over again and sometimes it will come on but majority of the time it won't. im using free trial and love the camera itself but if I can't access it when I need to then what's the point.

2026-08-06	Ty*****	In order to check on my son I have to sign in. I got this because my son has autism and seizures. If I hear a noise and I'm in another part of the house, instead of going right to the app to check, I have to sign in with a finger print. Then wait till it gets warmed up. If I'm lucky it'll take almost two minutes before I see his room. The same for my back door. The killer could kill us before I get a clear view. (smh)
