I managed to download app and works fine Then downloaded app for a friend who have the same cameras but not allowing me to put in her email etc keeps saying invalid account. Any suggestions??

I don't have any cameras in this app and don't know how it got installed but now I am being billed through PayPal which I do not use and they are taking money out of my account without my permission and it is never been used how do I report this fraud!!??
