2026-07-29	Co*****	I have cancelled my subscription multiple times and they keep billing me for a year of service. The app was so bad, I cancelled on the 5th day of my free 7 day trial. They aren't responding to me and trying to take $80.00 from my account. I had to get a new camera system because this is so bad. The customer service number is in China and no one speaks English. The smart assistant never responds and the cancel buttons are rigged, every time you hit "cancel" it sends a fake error popup.

Ha netalán az ő kamerájukat vetted meg, akkor az a rossz hírem van, hogy nem tárolhatod lokálisan a felvételeidet egy központi eszközön (pl.: sd kártya vagy egyéb háttértár). Az app úgy van megtervezve, hogy muszáj legyen előfizetned, különben a vásárolt kamerád semmit se ér. Hab a tortán, hogy a support elérhetetlen és nem működik, nem ajánlom senkinek se.
