Очень долго не могли разобраться с плагином. Плагин требовал закрыть Яндекс-Браузер, когда его закрывали - всё равно продолжал требовать "Закройте Яндекс-Браузер". Потом в службе поддержки нам подсказали, что нужно в диспетчере задач завершить все процессы всех браузеров в системе, тогда плагин устанавливается корректно. И да, установился.
