there's no information about my booked court in my booking list. already paid and there's no notification about the payment. please laa improve the app

Booked a court, wait for 1 hour facing a closed door and no any available staff. To request refund, you Must attend dbkk office by person !!! Somemore request IC photocopy, payment receipt copy etc. another waste of money and time. Your system fault did not capture my booking, end up I am the victim to waste my time to visit an office which is not convenient to request a physical form just to do refund??? Come on lah, just an online form and do by email is not possible? Horrible experience
