AuditTrax

AuditTrax controls the flow of goods in the distribution center: from the moment the unit arrives at the checkpoint until it leaves with the cargo verified and documented. It replaces the paper inventory sheet with a digital record that provides evidence of every product that enters and leaves.

GOODS RECEIPT
- Verification of received product against the purchase order
- Camera-assisted label reading: the app suggests SKU, batch, and expiration date, and the user confirms or corrects before saving
- Barcode and QR code scanning when included on the label
- Alert when the detected expiration date falls below the established minimum shelf life
- Recording of missing, overage, and damaged products

SHIPPING
- Importing the order and assigning the loading bay from the web panel
- Validating that the loading bay is correct before starting loading
- Scanning serial or model numbers for each product
- Verifying the quantity ordered against the scanned quantity, with immediate notification of any excess or shortage
- Assigning the product to a pallet and confirming loading onto the trailer
- Rework when the product does not match the shipment

YARD AND GUARDHOUSE
- Recording the entry and exit of units
- Assigning space and calling the loading bay
- Time tracking dwell time for each unit

EVIDENCE AND TRACEABILITY
- Photograph of the load before closing the trailer
- Operator signature on screen
- Each scan is stamped with date, time, and user
- Access to the history from the web panel

WEB PANEL
Order loading, curtain assignment, time boards, delayed load alerts, and evidence reports are managed from the AuditTrax web panel. The app is the floor tool.

ABOUT LABEL READING
Text reading is performed on the label photograph, and the result is always presented to the user for confirmation. Accuracy depends on the physical condition of the label, lighting, and print format. AuditTrax does not replace verification by the verifier.

USAGE REQUIREMENTS
AuditTrax requires an internet connection. It does not operate in offline mode.

ACCESS
AuditTrax is an enterprise-level tool. Access requires a username and password provided by your organization's administrator. It is not possible to register individually.
