AssetTrax

AssetTrax is the field application for conducting fixed asset inventory counts. Warehouse personnel verify the physical presence of assets by scanning each asset's QR code with their phone's camera, eliminating the need for manual data entry.

It is part of the AssetTrax fixed asset management platform, whose web panel centralizes the asset registry, compliance dashboard, and depreciation reports.

INVENTORY BY SCANNING

ACCESS BY HIERARCHY
Each user only sees the assets within their scope: unit, region, or division, according to the role assigned by the administrator.

USAGE REQUIREMENTS
AssetTrax requires an internet connection during inventory counts. It does not operate in offline mode.

ACCESS
AssetTrax is a business tool. Access requires a username and password provided by your organization's administrator. Individual registration and use of the app without an active account are not possible.
