ControlHR Kiosco

ControlHR Kiosk turns a phone or tablet into your workplace's time clock. It's permanently installed at the entrance, and your staff clocks in and out using their face: simply stand in front of the camera—no buttons, cards, or passwords required.

How it works:
• The device detects a face in front of the camera and takes a photo instantly.

• ControlHR recognizes the person and saves the clock-in with the date and time.

• The screen greets the user by name and confirms that the clock-in has been recorded.

• Each person's shift determines whether it's an entry or exit, just like a biometric reader.

Designed for everyday use:
• Works offline: if the connection drops, the clock-ins are stored on the device and automatically sent when it's restored.

• Notifies you when someone has clocked in a few moments ago to avoid duplicate entries.

• Settings and facial recognition are protected with an administrator PIN.

• Register each employee's face directly from the kiosk.

Everything goes to ControlHR
Time clock entries appear on the ControlHR portal along with those from your time readers and the geolocation app, ready to calculate tardiness, absences, overtime, and payroll.

Requirements
ControlHR Kiosk is for companies that use ControlHR. An administrator configures the device using their portal account. If you don't yet have an account, learn more about ControlHR at controlhr.com.mx.
