Workera Shift Kiosk

Workera Shift Kiosk turns one tablet into the time clock for your front desk. Staff walk up, tap Clock in or out and look at the camera. No cards, no PINs and no app on their phones.

HOW IT WORKS
• A manager pairs the tablet with a one-time code from the Workera Shift console.
• Each person sets up their face once, with a code from their manager.
• To punch, they tap Clock in or out and look at the camera. The tablet recognizes them and offers only what fits: clock in, take a break, come back or clock out.
• Every punch is confirmed on screen with the time it was recorded, stamped on their time card.

MADE FOR A FRONT DESK
• Leads with your company's name.
• The on-shift list shows only a count, so visitors at the desk don't see who is working.
• Runs full screen, with a scene that follows the time of day.

PRIVACY
• Workera Shift keeps a face template, not a photo, and uses it only for time at work.
• Each person agrees before their face is set up.
• Their manager can delete it at any time, and it is deleted when their account is closed.

FOR MANAGERS
Hours from the tablet arrive in the Workera Shift console for review, approval and payroll, beside the rest of your team's hours.

Requires a Workera Shift account for your business. A manager pairs each tablet from Settings, then Kiosks.
