Mute Unfocused Tabs is a Chrome extension designed to enhance your browsing focus by automatically muting all tabs except the one currently active. This prevents overlapping audio distractions from background tabs, allowing you to concentrate fully on the task at hand or enjoy content from a single tab without interruption.

Simply click the toolbar button to toggle whether tabs retain their mute states when unfocused. Customize your experience further with black/whitelists in preferences, automating mute states based on your browsing patterns.
