Click the AI Exporter icon
Choose formats and click Export conversations
A ZIP downloads to your computer

Single chat: Click the green Export chat button while viewing any conversation. Use the panel to select specific messages, pick formats, copy to clipboard, or print to PDF.

Included command-line tools prepare import packages:

This is very good as able to download any chats in many formats unlike other extensions where some chats unable to load in chatgpt due to webpage loading limitations.
