Data Loss - Which end?

Not the best QOL, at all, compared to anything else you could get for free. Could be an alright little word processor if they had put the effort in, though seeing as it's a program shipped out of the box on things such as Chromebooks; they didn't have a need to put it up to the standards of Google's code, writing, and so on under the assumption they'll have say a internet connection and docs for example. The programs is laughable compared to their other full featured editor, Sublime text, which I have running on Chromebooks where a simple load into a good program like Sublime out of the box would've made these devices much more software acceptable for my uses. And when you have a situation of scuffed connections or decide to add a way to auto save, since they didn't care to, you might end up like me and have in a rush-though within what should be normal operating conditions-felt the pain of the current race to the bottom for software out of large corps. In short I probably lost 10-20k words after it overwrote my backups and corrupted them. If you want a simple editor, Sublime is great and higher quality from the same corp, I'd recommend using GitHub searching 'awesome' chrome os or extension text editor, etc, and you'll get many fully transparent and kept in check programs worth trying. Leaving chrome OS behind for less cursed and more *real* distros due to these things along with the endless issues with y'know
