Rotate one ore more tabs into any other window. Restore all selected tabs to the same place they were before rotation. If no other window is available, create a new one. Ignore minimized or other non-normal windows. This extension is great for working with hemispheres or multiple screens.

Just press Shift Alt R. You can change the shortcut to whatever you prefer at chrome://extensions/shortcuts. Tab groups are supported.
