Inject your local memory context into any AI chat

Features & Capabilities

escription : Persistent memory layer for AI systems. Stores your preferences, decisions, and project context locally — then injects it into any AI chat with one click.

How it works:

  1. Run memory daemon start (local CLI server on port 7711)
  2. Click the ⊕ memory button on Claude.ai, ChatGPT, or Gemini
  3. Select a scope → your context is prepended to the chat input

Features:

  • Scope selector — independent contexts per project
  • Live status indicator (green = server running)
  • 100% local — no cloud, no tracking, nothing leaves your machine

Requires the memory CLI: https://github.com/Sakaax/memory

Is Memoryd Safe?

Risk impact
Risk impact measures the level of extra permissions an extension has access to. A low risk impact extension cannot do much harms, whereas a high risk impact extension can do a lot of damage like stealing your password, bypassing your security settings, and accessing your personal data. High risk impact extensions are not necessarily malicious. However, if they do turn malicious, they can be very harmful.

Memoryd requires a lot of sensitive permissions. Exercise caution before installing.
