2024-11-25	Ca*****	Constantly crashes, doesn't show up to date policy numbers neither claims. It's an actual pain. To make it worse, it doesn't communicate with the desktop site, so you can't see any claims generated there either. Freezes, crashes. Non working. Really not functional. Waste of time and space in the cell phone. Doesn't do any of the things it was intended for. App's contacts and App IT Customer Service is non existant as well. Total fail, unfortunately. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.
