Didn't get a chance to use the app. I bought a policy through my bank but MAPFRE uses different policy numbers (character length) for 'resellers' and those can not be used with the app because 'they are not direct clients', was told this twice when contacted MAPFRE customer support. I'm now using AXA, better coverage with same prices, and waiting for my other car's policy to expire and change.

Ha llegado a un punto de enojo con la aseguradora MAPFRE. Su representante legal sigue sin presentarse en la fiscalia en materia penal. 7 meses sin resolver ni reparar. Un pesimo servicio en cuanto a su atencion. El ajustador con cantidades muy abajo de la realidad en cuanto a daños de vehiculos en cotizacion. No toma en cuenta piezas dañadas, mano de obra, tiempo de reparacion y etc. Y la representante legal no se presenta en las sesiones solucion alternas, ni citarios.
