Useless. Many alerts in app, none of them created a notification on my phone.

keeps drowning users in mostly irrelevant alerts that you can't really filter. Water levels in a random river in the north of Lu are slightly increased but way below critical levels? Better push an alert to the whole coutry. Someone forgot to declare that peanut mix contains peanuts? Better push-alert the whole country at 1am! Might be useful if used correctly. for now, it's not
