This extension consists of an extend/condense button at the top of your google/outlook calendar (opened in a chrome browser) that allows you to identify your key roles and determine weekly action items by role. You can then click on these items, click on your calendar and turn them into an event/task/etc. This is how you schedule your priorities to accomplish 30-50% more on a weekly basis.

Awesome tool! I am much more an electronic person, so the ability to pre-week plan online for me is huge. One of my favorite parts about this is as you set action items into your calendar, it syncs across all devices, and sends you a reminder at the time you set the action item for. That reminder is very helpful so I don't forget what matters most.
