Some kind of reworked bookmarks. Be warned that on creating a workspace this tool will instantly delete all tabs and group in that workspace from your browser without a single warning. You then will have to reopen them one after another and recreate all your group if you want them back. Some variant of the dreaded "close all other tab" chrome context menu option.
