This has drastically reduced my screen time and given me energy to restart my favourite hobbies! I've been using Minimis for a couple of years now because I was fed up with my lack of phone discipline sucking my time and focus. The dopamine drawer function cut my social media use to a point where I decided to get rid of it completely, and I don't regret that decision one bit. Minimis had some bugs initially, but they've ironed them all out now and it just works!
