Wearable & Health Connect Integration

With your permission, Elyx Life allows you to connect supported wearable devices and Health Connect to share fitness and lifestyle data such as physical activity (steps, distance, workouts), sleep patterns, energy expenditure, body measurements (weight and body composition), and body sensor metrics (heart rate, heart rate variability, respiratory rate, oxygen saturation, temperature, and similar signals).

How Your Data Is Used

This data is used to analyze training load, recovery patterns, sleep consistency, and energy balance. These insights directly power personalized training recommendations, recovery guidance, sleep optimization tips, and nutrition suggestions tailored to each member’s goals and lifestyle.
Recovery signals such as heart rate variability and blood pressure trends are used to adjust daily training intensity and recovery-focused recommendations

Energy expenditure supports nutrition and fueling guidance

Sensitive fitness metrics, such as heart-related signals, are used solely to support fitness and recovery guidance and are not used for medical diagnosis or treatment.

Permissions & Data Use

Elyx Life requests permissions only when required to connect wearables or Health Connect and only for the specific data you choose to share. Permissions are used exclusively to enable fitness training, recovery, sleep, and nutrition features and are never used for advertising.

All permissions are optional, can be managed or revoked at any time, and are used strictly within the Elyx Life member experience.
