The ELIXIA app is an application which has been developed by Technogym to make your exercise experience more personal, more exciting and more effective. It helps you to improve your workout by allowing you to access your data anytime, anywhere.

Begin to train with ELIXIA app, collect Moves (the Technogym unit for measuring the movements) and are active every day. For example, a drive of about 10 minutes at low intensity are the equivalent of about 120 moves.

The quickest and easiest way is to collect the moves directly to the Technogym equipment. Log in with your account mywellness on the equipment and train with the best training programs. With the app, you can view your exercise program, the details of the exercises and videos directly. Results are automatically saved during your exercise session.
