It works but has unfortunate side effects that make many websites difficult to navigate or outright unusable. Mouseover link previews and functional popups don't go away once triggered and it breaks mouseover triggered menus and options on most websites I visit, they either don't get triggered or also don't go away once triggered. I can't use it. Perhaps adding right click quickly accessible whitelist might help, but there are just too many websites affected by this to whitelist them all, I think.
