Unsecure Login Notifier is a simple Chrome extension that alerts users if they are about to enter their password on a page that is not encrypted with SSL. It adds an icon to password fields to indicate whether HTTPS is being used or not.

This is a simple extension which adds an icon to all password fields, to alert you if you are about to type your password into a page that is not verified and encrypted by SSL, i.e. over the https protocol.

This is a preliminary release, so comments, bug reports, feature requests, etc. are more than welcome. At this point, I am just trying to determine if there is interest in such an extension, so if this is something you would like to see developed further, be sure to leave a comment! :)
