I’m disabled, and need help to read. I'll just cut to the chase, I'll be reviewing facts not opinions. FYI, I can only understand English. Is it actually free: Yes Does it work?: No Is it as Advertised: In short yes it does allow you to have access to this but it doesn't mean you can use it. Why the stars? The program does not work. (How to fix) My recommendation: First off the interface to get to the window is quite clunky, The provided download button doesn't work. This isn't a program that you use for reading things to you. And there are other programs that you can download text to speech from.
