What is ServiceNow Lookup?

"ServiceNow Lookup" is an efficient tool designed as a Chrome extension to facilitate quicker access to Service-Now tickets. By simply typing 'sn' on the Address Bar followed by a space, or selecting text on a site, users can rapidly access different types of tickets like RFC, INC, CTASK and more without having to manually navigate through the Service-Now site. The extension also recognizes a variety of ticket prefixes for ease of use and requires users to configure their Service-Now hostname post-installation.
