Pros

Very helpful and useful tool for comparing Salesforce records and metadata.
Easy to use and increases productivity especially during migration tasks.
Allows dumping of all fields and data for an object, useful for review and governance.
Good support and responsiveness from the developer.
Works for both Lightning and Classic Salesforce environments.

Cons

Lack of an option to save or export comparison results directly into Excel or PDF formats.
Unclear what the 'greyed out' rows indicate during comparison.
Some users experience problems with the extension stopping to work or being removed by Chrome unexpectedly.
Primarily supports Classic Salesforce; limited or no support for custom Visualforce pages or Lightning web components.
Color choices for comparison (green/red) are not friendly to colorblind users.

used to work but it stopped happy to give great reveiw once fixed

This is the only working extension I could find that would allow dumping of all the fields and data for an object. I then simply copy and paste into Excel for review. Very helpful! Salesforce Inspector should allow this also, but the extension is always disabled (grayed out) for me.
