I could not get the app to work. After multiple attempts of entering my credit card details (I tried 4 times) where I had to select "Laos" as country, I was charged the "registration fee" of 1,000 Kip (4 times), but the app never completes the registration process. I'm glad that I didn't check the top-up option. I'm surprised because a big add at the Vientiane airport prompted me to try the app. But the app hasn't been updated in over a year. I've since abonded the app in favour of LOCA Pay.

It deducted money from my card, but after this, only a white screen can be occurred. I can't use the app anymore and have to uninstall it. Is it a scam?
