Recent reviews

Very convenient. Cars were new, clean, and service was great. But the QR scanner was often slow, sometimes didn't recognize QR codes, or suddenly declined payments. My bank also blocked the card after 1 day due to suspicious activity (not sure if LOCA was the cause). Most importantly, I could remove my card for rides but NOT for QR payments. Cs asked for my details and a photo of me holding my card, which I refused for security reasons. Please add a simple option to fully remove cards.
