Gyeotbom is an app used by teachers at local community child centers to observe and record children every week.

■ Observation: Light and Three-Layered

· Remarks — Record a noticeable moment within 30 seconds.

· Check This Time — Check only what has changed weekly (the center may set it to every 2 or 4 weeks). If nothing has changed, the previous record continues.

· Quarterly Check — Observe a little more deeply once every three months.

■ Semi-annual Observation Log

Based on accumulated observations, we will create a draft of the semi-annual observation log (after the service contract is signed). The teacher reads, edits, and finalizes it.

■ Growth Check

· Informs you of the psychological test suitable for the child this month.

· The teacher hands the phone to the child via "Hand to Child" or opens the test on the child's tablet using a QR code. The child answers only the questions provided.

· The teacher views the results and the result sheet within the app.

· The Growth Check is a reference tool for understanding the child and is not a medical diagnosis.

Gyeotbom ■ Counseling

· Child counseling (first and second half of the year), guardian counseling (once a year), and situational counseling to handle on-demand issues.

· AI prepares counseling questions and creates a draft of the counseling log after the session (Premium plan).

■ Lock Child's Name with Center Key

Child's name, school, and phone number are encrypted using the Center Key on the mobile phone and stored on the server. The server cannot read this content, and only a pseudonym is transmitted to the AI.

■ Working Together at the Center Level

· The center director creates the center and invites teachers using an invitation code.

· Manage child rosters, assigned teachers, and staff within the app.

· Use the same account as on the web (social-ai.co.kr). Printing result sheets and logs, sending PDFs, and completing child, guardian, and admission surveys are all done on the mobile phone.

■ Securely

· Log in using a password and two-factor authentication (authentication app).

· If you lose your device, you can disconnect the login from that device from another device or the web.
