자람 - 지역아동센터 기록과 보호자 알림

Jaram is an app used jointly by teachers and guardians at the local children's center. On the first screen, teachers enter their center account email, and guardians enter their mobile phone number to access their respective screens.

[Teacher]

■ Find Child
Search directly by child's name to open their information and records.

■ Attendance Mode
Children can directly enter or leave using the last digits of their guardian's mobile phone number on tablets or mobile phones at the center entrance. Devices with attendance mode enabled can only use the attendance screen.

■ On-site Recording
Take photos or record audio with your mobile phone during activities and attach them directly to the child's observation log for the day. You can also upload files recorded using mobile phone recording apps. Children whose guardians have not agreed to on-site recording in the personal information consent form cannot be photographed or recorded.

■ Recording and Approval
Write center records such as observation logs, counseling logs, and program records, and continue writing records you are currently working on in one place. View record status, approve, and print as a PDF from the full screen.

■ Arrival/Departure Notifications
You receive notifications immediately when your child arrives at or leaves the center. ■ Center Notices and Daily Reports

Center announcements and your child's daily reports are sent via notifications, and you can view them again at any time in your notification box.

■ Document Completion

Complete the Return Home Consent Form, Personal Information Consent Form, Statement of Reason for Absence, Consent to Usage Fees, and Usage Schedule via mobile phone and submit them to the center. You will be notified via a notification if the center requests that you complete these forms.

■ Managing Multiple Children's Connections

You can connect siblings to a single phone number and disconnect them or request account deletion if necessary.
