Orblit Roleplay

Orblit Roleplay is an AI 1on1 conversation practice app for leaders and managers.

Practice difficult workplace conversations with an AI team member before you have them in real life. Work through situations such as performance feedback, burnout, conflict, or a team member considering resignation. The AI does not simply tell you what you want to hear. It responds like a team member with their own experience, emotions, and relationship with you.

If the right thing to say only comes to mind after a conversation ends, practice it first with Orblit Roleplay before your next 1on1. Build the instinct to stay calm and respond to the other person's reactions when the conversation gets difficult.

Orblit Roleplay does not replace important HR or organizational decisions. AI roleplays and reports are provided for conversation practice and reference.
