Your 1-on-1 Assistant, Orblit 1on1

Everyone knows that 1-on-1 meetings are important.

They are the most effective method for enhancing team members' psychological safety, improving engagement and performance, and reducing turnover.

However, are your 1-on-1s really going well?

• It is difficult to ask good questions and elicit meaningful conversations.

• You are spending more time documenting than conversing.

• You enter the meeting without knowing each other's circumstances.

Orblit 1on1 will help you.

[To Members]

• Prep AI Chat: Find the stories you truly want to share during this 1-on-1 session by conversing with the AI, and complete your prep with just a few words.

• Continuing Conversation: Remember the concerns shared during the last prep session, and the AI will ask questions first during the next preparation.

• Member Feedback: After the meeting ends, review the conversation using a feedback card visible only to you and prepare for the next session.

[To Leaders]

• Meeting Flow Guide: Based on the prep shared by members, we suggest a flow from introduction to conclusion and recommended questions for each stage.

[Recording and Conversation Safe]

• Recording begins only after obtaining consent from participants at the start of the meeting.

• Recording files are used solely to create AI meeting minutes and analysis, and are discarded once processing is complete. They are not shared with the company.

• The original recording and transcribed content are visible only to those who participated in the meeting. Workspace administrators cannot view them either.

• The original prep conversation with the AI is not shared with leaders. Leaders only see the prep that members have personally edited and shared.
