■ How to Use

1. Launch the app and log in.

2. Enter the server URL in Settings.

3. Select the folder to upload to.

4. Enable automatic background upload.

This app transmits files and health data only to servers configured by the user.

The app developer does not collect or access personal information, file data, or health data.

You can revoke Health Connect data access permissions at any time within the Health Connect app.
