I sent the email to the support email address in your app. In fact, I have sent three separate emails for different requests, of which, you only replied to one of them! The timeout is due to the app scanning the smb drive for so long that the smb drive closes the socket connection due to a non activity event!! Update: They don't respond to support mails for paying customers, not good ! App works OK, apart from smb network drive sync which has timeout issues, sometimes works, mostly not !
