Tras exponerles el tema sólo nos abonaron un mes, cuando la duplicidad duraba un año. No tienen a nadie gestionando comercialmente. Error nuestro sí, pero su política comercial frente a un cliente fiel: inexistente y/o mala. |

Weeks later, I find out my account has been charged. After I e-mail them alerting them to the error, they send me an invoice for the account. I have tried multiple times to contact them without any communication. For a social media management site, I am shocked their customer service response is so poor. Would not recommend. |

Super easy to use, works seamlessly with the Hootsuite app. My only complaint: when you schedule into Facebook, the post (e.g., any copy) disappears, which is weird; but the photo, title, and first paragraph of the article show so it's still quite clear what's being shared. All in all, I'm happy with it and use it constantly. |
