Funciona y no había quejas con Hootsuite hasta que detectamos que teníamos una segunda cuenta de pago (error nuestro), inactiva y asignada a la misma empresa. Tras exponerles el tema sólo nos abonaron un mes, cuando la duplicidad duraba un año. No tienen a nadie gestionando comercialmente. Error nuestro sí, pero su política comercial frente a un cliente fiel: inexistente y/o mala.

Can't log in through Twitter. Error message each time.

I did a trial of Hootsuite because I manage several social media accounts. I ultimately decided not to move forward with it and canceled. Weeks later, I find out my account has been charged. After I e-mail them alerting them to the error, they send me an invoice for the account. I have tried multiple times to contact them without any communication. For a social media management site, I am shocked their customer service response is so poor. Would not recommend.
