Summary
This is just a shortcut to Chrome Downloads, nothing more.
When installed, it will add Downloads icon to your browser's toolbar.
Click the downloads icon and you'll open Chrome downloads page. Useful for those who download a lot.
The extension has the following settings: you can set the button to open the downloads panel in new tab or in the current tab and, if you want, you can add it to the context menu.

Why adding separate extension for something that needs only two clicks in the menu? -- Because with the downloads button in the toolbar you’ll access the downloads in one click, which is 50% faster. If you’re a serious downloader you know it’s more convenient to access the download page in one click.
But extensions eat system memory, isn’t it a waste of resources to download extension just for quick shortcut to the downloads page?
