Literary Clock: Discover Time with Literary Quotes

'Literary Clock' is a unique Chrome extension that transforms the approach to viewing time. Rather than the traditional digital display, it showcases time in the form of popular quotes from literature. Additionally, it features a continuously updated satellite image of the earth as it was approximately 12 hours ago, adjusting for your specific time-zone. This extension draws its inspiration from a project on Instructables and uses data from The Guardian’s 'literary clock'. The enchanting satellite images are courteously provided by the Japan Meteorological Agency.

I loved this extension and was able to find new works thanks to it! Chrome no longer supported it, so I had to uninstall it. :(

I love it! The only issue is with the background when the quote is too long, I can't read it, but still love the idea.

Very cute!! Only wish the font was a different color or the moon was more to the right because sometimes if the quote is long it'll overlap and I can't read the whole thing since its white on white. Besides that super cute I love.
