'IDN Safe' is a Chrome extension designed to enhance online safety by blocking internationalized domain names, also known as punycode domains. It functions with the aim to deter deceptive web spoofing that occurs due to the use of Unicode in domain names. The extension allows for temporary entry on domains or full additions to the whitelist. By default, these are blocked, ensuring a further protective layer against likely phishing websites.
