It is disabling the SpaceBar Scrolling... but it also disable the Spacebar when typing on some kind of text-boxes, for example, the Youtube comments. But... I found a solution that seems to work perfectly! 1. If you haven't installed the "Tampermonkey" extension, do it first. 2. Then, go to greasyfork.org and search for the script named "Prevent Spacebar Doing Page Down" and install it. 3. Enjoy. If you are the NoScroll's Author, maybe you should take a look at this script. It might help you to fix your extension.

Used to work great, but as of recently it blocks using the spacebar whilst typing in some text fields, e.g. in the Messenger chat window on Facebook.
