Facebook Default Video Volume

Why this isn't a setting in facebook itself is beyond me. The only gripe I have about this is that when you start to scroll, the little window that pops up occasionally goes back into full blast volume mode. Other than that, this is great.

Love it, it works as it is, however when I am scrolling down while playing video, the mini video windows shows up at the bottom right corner of the page in original volume, not the extension-preset volume. Thanks.

It's function well but would you like to make one for users that can setting volume on their own?
