Zen Garden II Watch Face

WabiFace Karesansui II sets a living watch movement into the raked sand of a Japanese zen garden — the second face in the WabiFace Zen Garden Collection.

🪨 A GARDEN IN SAND AND STONE
Combed sand ripples, weathered rocks and a flowering branch, framed by a slim bezel with applied gold indices.

⚙️ A MOVEMENT IN THE SAND
A single bezelled window at six o'clock opens onto four gears turning at their own speeds and a balance wheel swinging back and forth, over a jewelled bridge and the movement plates beneath. Gold dauphine hands sweep above — no second hand, so the garden stays quiet.

🎨 THREE DIAL THEMES
Kogane (gold), Gekko (moonlit silver) and Shu (vermilion) — switch from the watch or from the phone companion app.

📅 DAY & DATE WINDOW
A framed day and date aperture sits inboard of the three o'clock index, following your watch's language.

⌚ ONE SWITCHABLE WINDOW
Turn the movement window into a complication of your choice — battery, steps, heart rate, weather and more — presented on a dark sub-dial with a 30-mark tick ring. Five accent colours drive the ring, the complication and the date text: gold, silver, amber, matcha and ice blue.

🌙 AMBIENT MODE
Optimized for always-on display. The garden falls away to a black plate with only the gold outlines and the hands remaining, so the face stays readable while the panel rests.

🎨 ELEGANT DETAILS
- Gold dauphine hour and minute hands with a brushed gold centre cap
- Bridge, screws and ruby jewels visible inside the window
- Artwork inspired by traditional Japanese design (AI-assisted illustration, curated by the developer)
