ひつじのゆめみ

A sleep support app using the cognitive shuffle sleep method.

Overview

Features & Capabilities

"Hitsuji no Yumemi" is an app that supports falling asleep using the cognitive shuffle sleep method.

It automatically selects and reads aloud unrelated words to relax the brain and promote sleep.

◆Voice Guide
The words are read aloud in an easy-to-understand voice, allowing you to relax hands-free from your smartphone.

You can choose from several voices, including the friendly "Zundamon (VOICEVOX)."

*Voices other than "Zundamon" become available with the purchase of the premium version.

◆Extensive Vocabulary
Over 400 words are included!

Words that are unlikely to evoke other associations and have few homonyms have been selected.

The voice intonation of all words has been adjusted to allow for smooth visualization.

◆Unrelated Reading Order
The order in which words are read aloud is not simply random.

Words are selected considering their meaning and appearance, choosing unrelated words.

◆Premium Version
The following features are added when you purchase the premium version.

• Unlimited playback time
• Timer function
• Additional voices (from VOICEVOX: Shikoku Metan, Kasukabe Tsumugi, Meimei Himari, Mochiko-san, Tohoku Zunko)
