Soyogi Note

"Soyogi Note" is a small notebook for your heart. Pick one of five colored dots that matches how you feel today, and add a word or two if you like. That is all.

This is not a diary you have to keep up with. One dot is enough. On days you don't want to write, don't. Being easy to continue is what matters most here.

[What You Can Do]
1. Record your mood: choose from five colors (gold, pale yellow, white, gray, black). A short memo is optional. Made a mistake? You can edit or delete any entry later.
2. Look back gently: your dots appear on a calendar, and a 30-day color band shows your recent waves at a glance. No scores, no graphs. Just something to look at quietly.
3. Breathe: three breathing guides for sleepless nights (Simple, Box, and 4-7-8), in 1, 3, or 5 minute sessions.
4. Dark mode: a calm color scheme that won't hurt your eyes at midnight. It can also follow your device setting.
5. Large text: make all text about 1.3 times bigger.
6. Backup and transfer: save all your records into a single file and restore them anytime. A new phone won't erase your history.
7. Available in 14 languages (Japanese, English, Arabic, Bengali, German, Spanish, French, Hindi, Indonesian, Italian, Korean, Portuguese, Russian and Chinese).

[On the Hard Days]
When dark dots continue, or heavy words appear in your memos, this app gently speaks up, just once. It shows you ways to find a helpline in your country, such as findahelpline.com. No pressure, ever. You can always close it with "I'm okay for now."

1. Completely free. No purchases, no ads.
2. Everything is stored only on your device. Nothing is sent to any server, and no personal information is collected.
3. Works offline.
