Your Days is a quiet, personal app for people who want to live more intentionally — without the pressure of complex habit systems or clinical mood charts.
At the heart of the app is a simple idea: your year is 365 dots. One for each day. As each day passes, your dot fills in — coloured by how you felt. By December, you have a living picture of your year, built one day at a time.
EVENING CHECK-IN
Each evening, your app gently prompts you to pause and name how you feel. Choose from nine honest emotions — Grateful, Peaceful, Energized, Connected, Creative, Heavy, Restless, Numb, or Hopeful. No scores. No rankings. Every feeling is valid.
DAILY JOURNAL
Write freely. Your journal is yours alone — not a mood log, not a prompted template. Just a quiet space to put your thoughts, experiences, and reflections. Protected by a PIN and encrypted on your device with AES-256 encryption. Nobody else can read it. Not even us.
YOUR YEAR IN DOTS
Watch your year unfold as a colour-coded dot grid. Each dot holds your check-in for that day. Tap any dot to revisit what you felt and wrote. See your emotional patterns emerge naturally over weeks and months — without being told what they mean.
LIFE GRID
Zoom out. See your entire life mapped in weeks — how many you have lived, and how many stretch ahead. A quiet reminder that time is finite and worth noticing.

Every week, receive a gentle summary of your seven days — your emotions, your streaks, and a reflection on the week you just lived.

A curated word or reflection delivered each week, personalised to your belief track — Christian, Muslim, Astrology, or General. Something to sit with, not scroll past.
PRIVATE BY DESIGN
Your Days is local-first. Your journal entries, moods, and personal data live on your device — not on a server, not in the cloud. Firebase is used only for anonymous usage analytics to help improve the app. You can back up and restore your data yourself, fully encrypted.
