Itch Tracker is an app that can measure scratching time during sleep.
Itching is a subjective sensation, and it is not easy to understand the extent of your own itchiness.
Itch Tracker tells you how much you scratch your body while you sleep.
Use this app to visualize your itch and use it for daily health management.

■Measurement of scratching time
When you're ready to go to bed and sleep, launch the Itch Tracker app, press start recording, and place your smartphone next to your pillow for a good night's sleep.
When you wake up in the morning, press the app's stop recording button to complete the measurement.
After a few minutes, measurement results such as scratching time will be displayed on the app screen.
*It may not be possible to measure properly depending on the sleeping environment.

■Life record
You can record your self-assessment of itching and medication usage. You can also record the events of the day and anything that interests you in your memo. You may be able to discover the characteristics of when itching symptoms get better and when they get worse.


■Analysis
You can look back on the percentage of time spent scratching during sleep, self-assessment of itching, and medication history in a graph. Please use it not only for self-management of those who suffer from itching, but also as a tool for sharing information between patients and their doctors and healthcare professionals.
