◆ Easily input strength training records with just button taps

This app allows you to smoothly input strength training records with simple button operations.

For example, if you want to record a workout of "Bench press 30kg x 10 reps x 3 sets",

・Tap the "Bench press" button

・Tap the "30" button for weight

・Tap the "10" button for reps

・Tap the "3" button for sets

Simply tap the buttons in order. No cumbersome keyboard input is required, making it easy for anyone to complete their strength training records.

Furthermore, once you finish recording one exercise, the next input field is automatically added, allowing you to record your training with simple operations until the very end.

◆ View monthly strength training records all at once in a calendar

When you launch the app, your strength training records for that month are displayed in a calendar format.

You can see your daily training content at a glance, allowing you to quickly review your recent training records.

There are two display modes:
• Simple: Displays daily workout records in a single line.
• Detailed: Displays all training records for the day.

Tapping "Simple" or "Detailed" in the upper right corner of the screen switches the display mode for the entire calendar.

Furthermore, tapping the icon on the row of a day with a record allows you to individually switch between simple and detailed views for that day.

You can also easily review past workout records at any time by swiping to switch months or by tapping the year and month at the top of the screen.

◆ Reuse past workout records with copy input

The "Copy Input" function allows you to easily create new records by reusing past training records.

This eliminates the need to input frequently performed workouts each time, resulting in simple and efficient record-keeping.

The operation procedure is also simple:
• Tap the "Copy Input" button on the training record input screen.
• Select the year and month containing the record you want to copy.
• Tap the icon of the source record from the displayed calendar.

This calendar allows you to switch between "Simple View" and "Detailed View," allowing you to carefully check the record content before copying.

◆Register and Reuse Frequently Used Strength Training Menus with Templates

Using the "Template" function, you can pre-register frequently performed strength training menus and recall them with a single tap from the input screen.

This eliminates the need to input the same exercises every time, allowing for efficient recording in combination with copy-and-paste.


◆Visualize Exercise-Specific Progress with Graphs

Based on your recorded strength training data, you can view your training results for each exercise in graphs.

It clearly displays the increase in maximum weight and the trend of volume (total load) expressed as weight x reps x sets.

You can switch to weekly, monthly, and quarterly summaries in addition to daily changes, allowing you to review both short-term progress and medium- to long-term growth.

The graphs become more detailed the longer you continue recording, making it easier to numerically see your strength increase and training volume growth.
