User reviews
Users find 'UnQuote for Gmail' promising as it attempts to remove quoted text in Gmail replies and is actively maintained by its developer. However, it is often unreliable, failing to consistently remove quoted text and attachments. Problems occur especially when pasting into replies, leading to quoted text still being sent. Some find that it replaces their message improperly, causing confusion. Compatibility issues with certain browsers and operating systems suggest it needs further development to be dependable.

I'm sure it works for some, but not me. on BRAVE Version 1.73.97
*UPDATE* sort of... seems to trigger only on mouse click of REPLY. I use keyboard shortcuts 'r' and 'a' for reply and reply all. doesn't seem to trigger the quote delete
