This is an incredibly non-intuitive plugin. There is no website, no help materials, and when trying to upload an email list - even with all the right settings, it kept telling me the first field of the CSV needed to be "email" or "email address" (which it was) - but it still wouldn't upload the file for the mail merge. Super frustrating.
